FAQ

Still questions?

The questions we get most often about how Storymachine works, what you need to start and what to expect from us.

What exactly is Storymachine?+

Storymachine is your external content team with an AI-native engine. We first build a brand brain: everything there is to know about your brand, structured as data. Then we run a fixed content rhythm on top of it — from strategy to creation, publication and reporting.

Who is Storymachine for?+

Mostly B2B brands that want to grow through thought leadership and organic visibility: consultants, service firms, agencies, tech companies and organisations investing in content structurally.

What do I need to get started?+

A working website we can publish to.

Access to the channels you want to be visible on.

One intake session to give input and direction on your positioning.

We handle the rest.

Do I have to deliver content myself?+

No. You don't write or post anything. During the intake we collect existing material — decks, brochures, older copy — and from there we create everything, tuned to your voice, expertise and audience.

How does the collaboration work?+

Intake and strategy: we get to know your business, goals and audience.

Brand brain: we structure your knowledge into a working layer.

Production: we create and publish on a fixed rhythm.

Feedback and optimisation: every correction makes the system sharper.

What's included in the packages?+

Depending on your rhythm: blog articles, social content, lead magnets, an AI-native content workflow, human editing, an active knowledge base under your brand and monthly reporting. Details are on the pricing page.

Can I follow or steer the work?+

Yes. Everything comes to you for approval and we schedule fixed review moments. Want to shift the direction or the tone? We process it — and the brand brain remembers it.

How are you different from a traditional agency?+

Speed and scale without losing quality. We combine AI-supported processes with editorial experience. No endless briefings, no hourly billing, just a system that gets better every month.

Is there still human work involved?+

Always. AI accelerates and structures, but nothing ships without human approval. Human in the loop isn't an option here, it's the standard.
